The UK government has committed to reaching net zero carbon emissions by 2050. Many organisations are committing to more challenging targets; Mitie has pledged to reach net zero by 2025. 

While many facilities management companies were talking about net zero at a superficial level, our research showed there was a lack of practical advice on how customer organisations could move forward. A gap we wanted to fill.
