EVENT: An Evening with CHORD
Mitie is recognized as one of the UK’s largest facilities management companies, employing over 77,500 dedicated individuals. CHORD, Mitie’s Race and Ethnicity Network, organised a special event titled ‘An Evening with CHORD.’ This engaging gathering was attended by approximately 60 guests in person, and there was also a live stream available for other colleagues throughout the company to view and participate in the discussions.

Split into multiple segments, the opening presentation 'A Seat at the Table' set the scene on setting the foundations for race and ethnicity, where are we in 2021, what happens when we get to the table, and what we can do to really shape businesses to be aware and inclusive.
