In February 2024, we launched The Science of Service Podcast, a brand-new series that quickly rose to the top 10% of podcasts. Created to grow brand awareness and engage a challenging-to-reach audience, the podcast explored the future of facilities management across six episodes, each centered on topics like security, decarbonization, workplace transformation, and innovation in technology.

Featuring expert hosts from The Workplace Geeks Podcast, Chris Moriarty and Ian Ellison, the series included insightful interviews and on-site visits with industry leaders, Mitie colleagues, and clients. The result? Over 60K downloads and top 10% ranking for all episodes in the first seven days on Buzzsprout, with two episodes even reaching the top 5%—a remarkable achievement for a first-time venture in this space.
